| The name of the field comes from “chaille” (pebble). The field is located on a fan-shaped alluvial land south of the town of Nuits, and there are many stones. The topsoil is clayey, low in lime, and rich in chaille and silicon. A type of reddish silex (flint) can also be seen here and there. The nature of this land is so unusual that we tried to make cuvées independently. The resulting wine has a wonderful minerality and a very pure aroma. It also has a firm acidity and strong body, and can be aged for a long time. [100% Pinot Noir] | ||

| Michel Gros’ second monopoly. Fontaine Saint-Martin is a plot of land that Michel and his father Jean Gros have worked on for 40 years to create. Starting with the 2014 vintage, the wine was released as a single-vineyard cuvée in both red and white. It has the flavors of black fruits such as red cherries and blackcurrants, and is a lively wine with a long finish. | ||

| A small family-run winery. Stefano Chioccioli, a winemaking researcher who worked on Redigaffi at Tua Rita Winery, was appointed as a consultant. Aged for 11 months in barriques. Chianti-like nutty and almond aroma. The body is firm yet delicate, with a firm tannin aftertaste. | ||

| We use grapes harvested from a field called Les Platieres in Morey-Saint-Denis. This field is owned by the domaine, and the vines are approximately 30 years old. Although it could be called the Morey-Saint-Denis or Coteaux-Bourguignon appellations, the domaine decided to bottle it as Vende France. Production volume is 3000 pieces | ||

| The clay-limestone soil vineyard is located on an elevation of 200m, right next to the village of Rodan. The strong north wind naturally limits the yield. However, this results in high quality grapes. The grapes are harvested when they are just ripe. They are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks. The aroma of ripe white fruit stands out, mixed with the aroma of wood. The freshness and minerality lingers in the mouth. It goes very well with spicy and aromatic dishes. Serving temperature is 12-14°C. | ||
