| This wine is expected to be the first “Rising Sun” to be released in 2017. The vineyard is about 300m above La Tache, and is about 4ha in size, with clay-limestone soil scattered on the surface. Carefully selected Pinot Noir seedlings were planted in 2015. It is aged in 100% new barrels. Although it is a Vin de Table, it has a strong flavor. Chemin des Moines de Vergy means “Road to the Abbey,” and is named after the road they walk every day. | ||
