| Characteristics | This wine is expected to be the first “Rising Sun” to be released in 2017. The vineyard is about 300m above La Tache, and is about 4ha in size, with clay-limestone soil scattered on the surface. Carefully selected Pinot Noir seedlings were planted in 2015. It is aged in 100% new barrels. Although it is a Vin de Table, it has a strong flavor. Chemin des Moines de Vergy means “Road to the Abbey,” and is named after the road they walk every day. |
| 特徴 | 2017年が初リリースの「ライジング・サン」と期待されるワイン。ラ・ターシェの300ｍほど上にある約4haの畑で、表面に石ころが散在する粘土石灰質土壌の畑。2015年に厳選されたピノ・ノワールの苗を植えた。新樽100％で熟成させている。Vin de Tableながら、味わいはしっかりとしている。シュマン・デ・モワンヌ・ド・ヴェルジイは修道院への道という意味で、彼らが日々通っている道に由来している。 |
