特級畑クロ･サン･ドニの上側で、畑は丘陵地の上部に位置する。バトニアン(ジュラ紀中期(1億6600万年～1億1610万年前))地層の石灰岩土壌にブドウは植えられている。平均樹齢は9年ほどで年間生産量：800本の稀少ワイン。手摘み緑色がかった淡い黄色い色で、輝きがある。典型的なシャルドネの香りで、サンザシ、アカシア、ヴェルヴェーヌなどの白い花の香りがある。緻密で張りがある味わいで、上品なフィニッシュ。花やミネラルが感じられる、繊細で長い余韻が続く。

A small family-run winery. Stefano Chioccioli, a winemaking researcher who worked on Redigaffi at Tua Rita Winery, was appointed as a consultant. Aged for 11 months in barriques. Chianti-like nutty and almond aroma. The body is firm yet delicate, with a firm tannin aftertaste.
家族経営の小さなワイナリー。トゥア・リータ ワイナリーのレディガッフィを手掛けた醸造研究家ステファーノ・キオッチョリ氏をコンサルタントに起用している。バリックで11ヶ月熟成。キャンティらしいナッツ、アーモンドの香り。ボディはしっかりとしていながら繊細で、後味にタンニンの感触がしっかりと感じられる。

The vineyard is 0.33ha in size and is planted in 2000 on clay-limestone soil. It is fermented in barrels for two months, then aged for 14 months. 20% of the vines are new barrels. It has a fresh taste.
粘土石灰岩土壌の0.33haの畑で2000年に植えられたもの。樽で２ヶ月間のアルコール発酵を行い、その後14ヶ月間の熟成。20％は新樽を使用。フレッシュな味わい。

“Per Aspera” is a Latin proverb that expresses the great wine that can be made by overcoming the difficult work in the fields and the struggle of growing the vines. A great wine with balanced gastronomic characteristics. All the vineyards are on the right bank of the Serain River, and are located in the villages of Frey, Bel, and Chichet, and cover 9.4 hectares. The soil is clay-limestone with an underlying layer of Kimmeridgian soil. The average age of the vines is 30 years. The wine is fermented at a temperature controlled 16°C to 18°C, and then undergoes malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged on the lees for 10 to 15 months in 50 to 130hL stainless steel tanks and 500L (demi-muid) oak barrels (20% barrels, 10% new barrels). Attractive aromas of flowers and fruits. Characteristic flavors reminiscent of oysters and shellfish.
“Per Aspera”ラテン語の格言で、困難な畑仕事やブドウ木の生長の苦闘を乗り越えて出来る素晴らしいワインという事を表現し名付けられている。バランスが取れた美食の特徴を持った素晴らしいワイン。畑は全てスラン川の右岸にあり、フレイ村、ベル村、シシェ村に位置し9.4haを所有。土壌は下層にキンメリジャン土壌がある粘土石灰岩質。平均樹齢30年。醸造は、16℃～18℃に温度管理して発酵させ、マロラクティック発酵を行う。熟成は50～130hLのステンレスタンクと500L(ドゥミ･ミュイ)のオーク樽(樽20％うち新樽10％）を使用し、澱と共に10～15ヶ月間行う。花や果実の魅力的な香り。牡蠣や貝類を思わせる特徴的な味わい。
