The acidity naturally guides the fruit, like beautifully raising the water flow. The aftertaste falls smoothly, and the light-flavored fruit chunks that are placed on the tongue in a fleeting manner are surprising. |
| 特徴 | 黒系の香りが重なるGevreyと異なり赤、紫の花の香りが高密度に束ねられている。奥からわずかに黒糖を焦がしたようなカラメル、蜜の樽香。スケールは中程度ながら立体的で尖り鋭角に刺さる酸は皆無。水流を美しく隆起させるように酸が果実を自然に導いています。さらりと落ちるような余韻、刹那的と思わせて舌の上に乗せられた淡い風味の果実の塊にまた驚かされる。 |
