This champagne is made from grapes from multiple plots of Meunier vines, with vines ranging in age from 63 to 118 years. It is a special cuvée made from grapes passed down from previous generations. It is aged in French oak barrels and left to rest with the lees for a minimum of 36 months, followed by three months of bottle aging. It has aromas of red and black fruit tart. On the palate, you will sense a wonderful balance of sugar and acidity. It has a delicate, elegant, and complex flavor. The dosage is 3g/L.
