The vineyard is located at the top of a hill above the Grand Cru Clos Saint-Denis. The vines are planted in limestone soil from the Bathonian (Middle Jurassic period (166-116.1 million years ago)) layer. The average age of the vines is about 9 years, and the annual production volume is 800 bottles, making this a rare wine. Hand-picked, pale yellow with a greenish tint, it has a bright shine. It has a typical Chardonnay aroma with notes of hawthorn, acacia, and white flowers such as vervain. It has a dense, taut taste and an elegant finish. It has a delicate, long aftertaste with hints of flowers and minerals.

We use grapes from Troissy and Vincelles in the Vallée de la Marne. A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation are completed in temperature-controlled tanks. Then aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Add 30-50% reserve wine. Aging takes place in bottle for 18-24 months. Delicate aromas of red fruits and finesse. It goes well as an aperitif or with fruity desserts. Dosage is 5g/L.
ヴァレ・ド・ラ・マルヌにあるトロワシーとヴァンセルという区画のブドウを使用。ピノ・ノワールとピノ・ムニエのブレンド。手摘みで収穫。温度管理されたタンクでアルコール発酵、マロラティック発酵を終える。その後、ステンレスタンクで６ヶ月の熟成。リザーブワインを30-50％加える。瓶内熟成は18-24ヶ月行う。赤い果実の繊細な香りとフィネスがある。食前酒として、またフルーティーなデザートとよく合う。ドサージュは5g/L。

Michel Gros’ second monopole. Fontaine Saint-Martin, located in the village of Arsenin in Haute-Cote, is a block that Michel and his father Jean Gros spent 40 years building. Starting with the 2014 vintage, we released both red and white as single-vineyard cuvées. A lively, fruit-flavored wine with flavors of black fruits such as red cherry and cassis, and a long, lingering finish.
畑はニュイ・サン・ジョルジュから西に7km行ったところ、アルスナン村の南東向きの斜面にある。オート＝コートの表土と下層土は3つの地層を含んでおり、標高がここより100ｍ低いコート・ド・ボーヌのアロース＝コルトンに見られる地層と全く同じ構成となっている。この事から、このワインが力強く男性的な特徴をもっていて、長熟性に非常に富むということが理解できる。ブラックベリーやザクロの香り、赤い果実の味わいに心地よいタンニンがある。力強く引き締まった印象のワイン。【ピノ・ノワール100％】

A crisp, mineral-rich Riesling. It has a distinctive white flower aroma, a hard fruitiness that brings out the delicate aroma, and an attractive lemon and grapefruit flavor. It has a clean taste that does not overpower the fruitiness, a balance of acidity and minerals reminiscent of Chablis, and an elegant, long finish. It is a wine that can be paired with a wide range of dishes, but at Cave de Turckheim we particularly recommend salads, chicken and fish dishes, and sauerkraut, a specialty of Alsace.
