This is the first Tarlant Rose to be brewed in Saigne. The grapes are from a plot called Tampette, which is made of Spanasian soil. This is a 100% Pinot Noir Blanc from the 2015 vintage, with a soft yet firm taste.
タルランロゼで初めてセニエで醸造。タンペッテという区画で、スパンナシアン土壌からなる畑の葡萄を使用。２０１５ヴィンテージのﾋﾟﾉﾉﾜｰﾙ１００％のブランドﾉﾜｰﾙで、柔らかいがしっかりとした味わい。

This wine is expected to be the first “Rising Sun” to be released in 2017. The vineyard is about 300m above La Tache, and is about 4ha in size, with clay-limestone soil scattered on the surface. Carefully selected Pinot Noir seedlings were planted in 2015. It is aged in 100% new barrels. Although it is a Vin de Table, it has a strong flavor. Chemin des Moines de Vergy means “Road to the Abbey,” and is named after the road they walk every day.
2017年が初リリースの「ライジング・サン」と期待されるワイン。ラ・ターシェの300ｍほど上にある約4haの畑で、表面に石ころが散在する粘土石灰質土壌の畑。2015年に厳選されたピノ・ノワールの苗を植えた。新樽100％で熟成させている。Vin de Tableながら、味わいはしっかりとしている。シュマン・デ・モワンヌ・ド・ヴェルジイは修道院への道という意味で、彼らが日々通っている道に由来している。

The vineyard is a southeast-facing plot called Les Plantes Momieres. All hand-picked. Fermented in barrels for 2 months, then aged for 12 months. 25% new barrels. A full-bodied taste with a good balance of acidity and depth.
畑は南東向きのレ・プラント・モミエール(Les Plantes Momieres）という区画。すべて手摘み。2ヶ月間、樽で発酵させ、そのご12ヶ月間の熟成。新樽25％。酸味と厚みのバランスが取れたふくよかな味わい。

After fermentation in tanks, it is aged in large wooden barrels (no new barrels used). Aged in bottle for about 5 years. Zero dosage. Brioche scent. An elegant taste with persistent and lively fine bubbles and acidity.
三越銀座店テイスティングカウンター限定シャンパーニュ。シャルドネ100％のブラン・ド・ブラン。グラン・クリュのブドウのみを使用して造られる。平均樹齢３０年。タンクで発酵後、木樽の大樽で熟成（新樽不使用）。約5年の瓶熟成。ドザージュゼロ。ブリオッシュの香り。永続的で生き生きとした上質な泡と酸味があり、エレガントな味わい。

The Chardonnay grapes are harvested from a 1.5 hectare field with an average vine age of 35 years, and the juice is pressed carefully and slowly to ferment it. The wine is aged for 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine has an elegant taste with aromas of honey and white peach. The rounded minerality continues into a pleasant aftertaste.
平均樹齢35年、1,5Haの畑から取れるシャルドネを収穫し、丁寧でゆっくりとしたプレスで果汁を絞り発酵させています。フランス製オーク樽で１０～｜１２か月熟成させています。はちみつや白桃の香りでエレガントな味わい。丸みのあるミネラル感が続き心地いい余韻へと続きます。

Blanc is a rich and well-balanced white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It goes well with dishes with white sauce, grilled chicken, cheese, and ethnic dishes. The Château Mezin vineyard is located in the center of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, on silty clay soils.
シャトー・メザン・ブランは、ソーヴィニヨン・ブランを100%使用して造られるリッチで調和の取れた白ワイン。ホワイトソースを使った料理や焼き鳥、チーズ、エスニック料理などとも良く合います。シャトー・メザンのヴィンヤードは、沈泥質粘土土壌のアントル・ドゥー・メールの中央に位置しています。

The vines are 65 to 70 years old. Divided into five plots, the soil is basically black volcanic rock, but when you dig into it, a limestone layer appears. The grapes are harvested and brewed for each plot, and only the best ones are blended while checking the condition. This wine has good grip and is highly concentrated, and about six months after release, the minerals unique to volcanic rock become strongly apparent in the mouth and on the nose. It has a perfectly harmonious taste. Bottled unfiltered. Since 1985, SO2 has not been used during brewing. It is added as necessary at bottling, but it is kept to about 1/20 of the amount used by regular winemakers.
樹齢は65～70年。5つの区画に分かれていて基本的には黒色火山岩土壌だが、掘り進むと石灰質層が現れるのが特徴です。区画ごとに収穫・醸造し状態を見ながら良い物だけをブレンドしています。グリップのあるワインで凝縮度も高く、リリースから半年程度で火山岩特有のミネラルが口中でも香りでも強く現れてきます。完璧に調和のとれた味わいです。ノンフィルターでボトリング。1985年以降は醸造時のSO2は使用されていません。瓶詰め時に必要に応じて添加していますが通常の造り手の1/20程度まで抑えています。
